Hi, I’m Andora.

 

For decades, I’ve devoted myself to meditation, breathwork, yoga, and the deeper work of embodiment and emotional steadiness. I’ve supported women through anxiety, loss, midlife transitions, and those quiet seasons when life no longer feels familiar — including the moment of waking up and not quite recognizing yourself anymore.

I created this journey not to reinvent you, but to help you return to the woman who has always been there beneath the noise, expectations, and fear.

You don’t need to become someone new — you need space to unfold, to feel grounded, clear, and at home in yourself again.
