This program will be live streamed as well.
Please bring your own yoga mats, blankets and pillows for comfort, as we will not be using studio props due to current conditions. All participants must wear masks. If you have been in the presence of someone with covid over the last two weeks or if you yourself feel unwell, please let us know immediately and stay home for this round. We will be hosting Gary again and again. We want everyone to stay well. Thank you!
